i was just saying to C while doing comm prac how a lot of these words would help to save so much paper
e.g. Dear Tom, economy kaput, bank bo lui, u die lar. Pay me $5K i help you, want or not?

    btw, i think intoxication is irrelevant if raised as a defence. but it may be raised for mitigation, although the courts generally don’t view it with sympathy (bottom of p 300 of the manual).

    i’m probably gonna raise it coz already we don’t really have much to talk about.
